English term or phrase: constructive trust
Hi colleagues,

I'm struggling a bit with finding a good Dutch equivalent for this.
This is the sentence it is used in.

A Declaration that the sum of US$ XXXXXXX is held by the first and/or second and/or third and/or fourth and/or fifth named Defendants on constructive trust for the Plaintiff;

Any help would be appreciated.

constructive trust
Explanation:
There simply is no Dutch equivalent for this specific legal remedy so my advice would be to leave it untranslated (and put it between quotes or in italics).

See f.i. http://www.professorvanboom.eu/pdf_files/2011_rake remedies.... (p. 69 ff).
