Wat betreft workout business, zonder verdere context kan dit voor mij nog twee kanten op: bedrijf/bedrijfsonderdeel dat zich met bovengenoemde activiteit bezighoudt OF bedrijf/bedrijfsonderdeel waarin de slecht of minder goed presterende activa uit een vastgoedportefeuille (of wellicht ook uit meerdere vastgoedportefeuilles) worden ondergebracht Ik zou meer van de tekst moeten zien om hier echt iets zinnigs over te kunnen zeggen.
