توان, قدرت, and نیرو are simple words meaning power; they are not derived from any other words. قدرت is originally Arabic while the other two are Persian in origin. هسته means "core" and اتم is the same as "atom" in English. The ی is an adjective making suffix, like the "-er" suffix in English which makes an adjective out of the noun "nucleus." I think these are helpful.

Althouh nuclear enegery (انرژی هسته ای) and nuclear power (توان/قدرت/نیروی هسته ای) might sometimes refer to the same thing, they are in fact quite distinct.
