lapa Explanation: Suomessakun lun paloitellaan lihat eri tavoin kuin muualla euroopassa niin en ole aivan varma mutta kuvat ovat aika selventäviä Reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:British_Lamb_Cuts.svg Reference: http://runeberg.org/pieni/4/0417.html |

potka Explanation: Löysin "ilman potkaa", jonka pitäisi vastata "chump off" käsitettä. Ranskassa myydään gigot entieriä, mikä olisi periaatteessa koko lampaanviulu, "chump on". Gigot raccourci on taas viitesivuston Luuton paisti ilman potkaa. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 32 mins (2011-05-13 10:38:55 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Shank on kyllä potka. Chumpille en kuitenkaan löydä edes kaavioista mitään käyttökelpoista. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 44 mins (2011-05-13 10:51:23 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Ehkä voit käyttää "kokonainen" ja "katkaistu" tai "lyhennetty" (ei tosin mikään loistava ratkaisu...). Joku muu ehkä tietää paremmin. Reference: http://www.stc-meat.fi/karitsa.php |
