Finnish translation:mukauta tilaus(ta)
Explanation:
Difficult to give a definite answer without more context, but "mukauttaa" is the verb nowadays used for "customise" in the context of IT and Internet.

Even in English, "customise the order" does not give many Google hits (that is, on its own - most are something in the lines of "customise the order page" or "customise the order of X"), so it doesn't seem like an established phrase. Thus, no established equivalent in Finnish, either.

agree  Jussi Rosti: in some context, this is good. depending on the context, Muokkaa tilausta might be even better. Difficult to say without context.

-> "Edit order" is usually "Muokkaa tilausta", therefore it might not work.

agree  Shamien: I agree with this, but also with Jussi. Muokkaa tilausta is what I would most likely use.

agree  Miro Hämäläinen: I would use "Muokkaa tilausta", too. "Mukauttaa" works better in some context than the other. Hard to say in this case...
