English term or phrase: Claims
Hi,

On the granted EP application the claims begin with the word "CLAIMS". However, a someone reviewing my work said that the word should be PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET.

Claims - is it VÄITTÄMÄT or PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET

Explanation:
I'm 100% sure it's not ”väittämät” which sounds either a Google translated or unprofessionally translated expression. It is about legal claims - and as you are giving a patent context - most probably patent claims, so the reviewer is correct.

The translation ”väittämät” is outrageously wrong, because I cannot imagine any real legal/patent context where it might be correct. So, you might want to check the quality of the translation as a whole.
