demande de réparation Explanation: "prayer for relief Ce terme apparaît fréquemment dans les actions en justice et dans les demandes d'arbitrage. Il désigne spécifiquement la partie de la demande qui contient les prétentions du demandeur : « A prayer for relief is a short, concise statement appearing at the end of the complaint which states the relief the plaintiff believes he/she is entitled to. For example, the plaintiff may ask for an award of monetary damages, an injunction to make the defendant stop a certain activity, or both. » Voir également cette définition proposée par le Black's : « That portion of a complaint (more properly called 'demand for relief') in a civil action which sets forth the requested relief or damages to which the pleader deems himself entitled.
