Bonsoir,

Je traduis un corpus de contrats dans le domaine aéronautique et je suis prise d'un soudain doute quant à la traduction de "Lease".

Il s'agit de la location d'un avion à une compagnie aérienne qui implique 3 parties (la partie 1 [également dénommée propriétaire] loue l'appareil à la partie 2 qui le sous-loue à la compagnie).

Je sais que le crédit-bail est très répandu dans ce secteur mais rien dans les documents n'indique que l'appareil sera acquis à terme par la partie 1 ou la Compagnie.

A noter également que le mot "lease" n'est pas qualifié (par "operating" par exemple): Head lease agreement, aircraft specific lease agreement...

Peut-on parler de "Contrat de location" dans ce secteur ? Avec tout le vocabulaire qui s'en suit : locataire, bailleur, et loyer ?
