Explanation:
Confidence 3 only because I don't know if there is a recognised French abbreviation.

MRO --> maintenance, repair, and overhaul (Able's wikiref confirms).

'overhaul' is 'remise en ´état' - which doesn't 'necessarily' imply anything as onerous as either 'maintenance' nor 'repair' - it might be nothing more than applying a fresh coat of paint.
