éteignez le Powerpack en faisant coulisser ...
Explanation:
"Switch off the PowerPack by sliding the sliding switch to cover and expose the micro USB port."

I don't think "turn" should be there... just skip it, it doesn't mean anything

maybe there was a "turn off" version that got mixed up

Comme c'est un interrupteur coulissant, j'utiliserais faire glisser à cause de la redondance

agree  Tony M: As it says 'cover and expose', I think this has been badly edited, it probably originally said 'Switch the PowerPack on and off by turns by...' or something along those lines.

Arrêtez le PowerPack en faisant coulisser l'intérrupteur à glissière

Explanation:
I agree with FX Fraipont. The word "turn" seems misplaced there.

Besides I see a contradiction between cover and expose. Either it's covering or it exposing the USB ports, not both...

neutral  FX Fraipont (X): there's no contradiction whatsoever : slide one way, you see the USB ports, slide the other way, you see the micro USB ports : http://oi64.tinypic.com/acbp0i.jpg
