disagree  Lorraine Dubuc: Models est anglais, et d'apprentissage de l'organisation ne veut rien dire. On pourrait parler de modèle d'entrepreneuriat en apprentissage continu ou de modèle entrepreneurial d'apprentissage continu.
2 hrs
  -> modèle"s".d'apprentissage de l'organisation.

disagree  Francois Boye: agree with Lorraine
4 hrs
  -> For both of you ,no thing in context refers to entrepreneurial ,ou d'entrepreneuriat.

disagree  Daryo: you can't really use "l'apprentissage" for an organisation - it's used for people learning from scratch a new trade!

  -> Reread very well my comment!!. It should be: modèle"s" d'apprentissage" ou"modèle"s" pédagogique ou aussi "modèle"s" de formation "de l'organisation.

Note that, as the above explanation seeks to demonstrate, this is one of those management-speak buzz-phrases. It needs to be translated with the eqivalent French buzz-phrase that will be instantly recognisable to management consultants and management studies lecturers, who will probably instantly remember Peter Senge's very own flow-charts and diagrams. Academic, management and consultancy careers depend on spouting this sort of stuff.

disagree  Mohamed Hosni: There's no "qui" . Which means"who"in this term. Should you know that I don't use Google translation. I'am morrocan ,I am in touch with French language since my childhood, so this term is very easy for me. No need to GOOGLE. @Daryo,"why not you who find.
2 hrs
  -> Perhaps you'd like to tell that to Peter Senge's publisher! I also offered the alternative "organisation apprenante". Word-for-word translation provides the nonsense you get with Google Translate.//I'm glad your French might be better than your English.

agree  Daryo: bien trouvé

When learning is part an organisation's culture. This is an ongoing process of course, learning is not a matter of one shot process but a culture that makes an organization adapting to the evolution of its industry, be it technologically, or on the human ressources level (regulations, compliance etc.)

Example sentence(s):
  • votre formation continue en entrepreneuriat

disagree  Daryo: ça marche pas pour une entreprise // même pour une personne, c'est plutôt "formation continue" /// en fait, ce concept n'a pas grand chose à voir avec les ressources humaines - c'est un modèle d'organisation d'une entreprise.
5 hrs
  -> formation continue c'est 'ongoing training' ici on parle de 'learning'.

disagree  Mohamed Hosni: No thing in this term shows that the operation of learning is continued .@J'abandonne!. All right do it,'abandonnee'.
13 hrs
  -> J'abandonne. C'est ma spécialité les ressources humaines, je traduis non moins de 240 000 mots par an dans le domaine :) Bonne journée!
