English term or phrase: shunt loading
The internal firmware of the Product calculates and corrects for shunt loading based on the 10 M input impedance if Shunt Corrections is set to ON under Measure Setup.
When set to ON (Power-on default), the calculated current reading is based on the external shunt value and the shunt loading from the 10 Mohm input impedance of the Product.

Quelle est la traduction exacte de loading pour un shunt? Charge?

Explanation:
shunt (resistance) loading : " corrects for shunt loading based on the 10 M input impedance"

"Shunt Resistance Loading and GuardingExternal shunt resistances, such as leaky cables and dirty insulators, may also cause loading errors.Any external shunt resistance across the voltage source will attenuate the measured voltage, as shown in Figure 2-3. As in the case of input resistance voltage loading, the shunt resistance (RSHUNT) and the source resistance (RS) form a voltage divider that reduces the measured voltage (VM) as follows:RSHUNTVM = VS––––––––––––––( RSHUNT + RS ) For example, assume RS = 10GW and RSHUNT = 100GW. If VS has a value of 10V, the measured voltage (VM) is:1011VM = 1 0––––––––––––( 1011 + 1010)VM = 9.09VIn this instance, the error due to shunt loading is approximately 9%"

agree  Tony M: Exact! Here, it is the loading caused by the metere's (already incredibly high!) internal resistance in parallel with whatever is being measured across; of course, if this were across a 10 M shunt resistor, then this would be significant!
