Je dois spécifier les différents modes d'éclairage d'une guirlande lumineuse. En revanche je ne sais pas si je suis censée traduire ces termes ou les laisser en anglais. S'il faut les traduire, comment traduiriez-vous "chasing/flash" ?

Explanation:
In terms of things like lighting garlands, the standard term for 'chasing' is 'chenille' — by successive illumination / extinction, the impression is given that a point of light 'moves along' the chain. This is very often combined with the effect where, after a certain time of 'chasing', all the lights then flash on and off in unison — all desogned to make it more eye-catching!
