oui, je traduirais cette expression par "à la fois les empaquetages et les scellofanés de lamellés collés"
empaquetages pour wraps
rolls pour la notion d'enrobé, cerclé

ainsi la phrase suivante "empaquetages sur cerclages"

désolé, mais en l'état actuel, je ne peux être catégorique pour rolls s'il s'agit de scellofane, ou cerclages en plastique.
