Explanation:
Pas nécessairement des gains. J'ai apporté $5,000 au casino, j'ai joué et il ne me reste que $1,000. J'ai donc **perdu** $4,000. Je peux quand même "casher out" ce qu'il me reste comme jetons.

Il s'agit simplement d'encaisser (de convertir en argent) ses jetons. Le "out" dans "cash out" indique qu'on cesse de jouer. Un "pit boss" pourrait demander qu'on "cash out" un joueur: il demande qu'on échange les jetons d'un joueur qui quitte la table ou le casino pour de l'argent.
