Essaie encore Explanation: C'est l'exacte expression française employée dans les jeux du type jeux vidéo, etc. |

Retente ta chance Explanation: I think this applies specifically to the world of video games. I wouldn't use it for an install or download button |

réessayer Explanation: Sur Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, etc. Le terme a également l'avantage d'englober les tentatives de reconnexion au serveur pour les parties en ligne (on ne recommence pas forcément le niveau, mais depuis le dernier point de sauvegarde). |

recommencer Explanation: I think your suggestion is less than ideal. This is one suggestion to be found in any decent dictionary. It does depend a bit on the context, e.g. is it for example saying "Bad luck, try again!" or is this label on the actual button to click to start a new game? Either way, this could work... but you might get a better answer if you could be more specific. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 heures (2017-03-22 21:13:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Although I am not particularly familiar with the world of video gaming, this sort of expression is often used in the world of computers, espeicllay when, for example, an install or donwload has failed, and you are invited to 'try again', with a button to the effect, alongside 'annuler' etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 jours (2017-03-29 05:53:19 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- This also has the advantage of being able to be read as "(I want to) Try again", which may be appropriate for a button label. |
