Bon, à nouveau je me demande si l'usage de driver dans ce contexte est réellement adapté. Je l'ai traduit par facteur plutôt que par moteur, mais même ainsi cela ne me plait pas. Je me demande si je peux aller jusqu'à mettre "raison", mais en fait je pense que ce qui n'est pas dit ici mais qui est sous-entendu c'est la difficulté d'avoir accès à la terre, et non pas l'accès à la terre 'tout court'..
