agree  Laurent Di Raimondo: Pour une fois, je suis d'accord avec vous, Germaine... Personnellement, j'aurais traduit par "effet opposable aux tiers" ou "erga omnes" qui est le synonyme de "in rem". Merci pour vos recherches ;-)
