Bref, je m'en tiendrais ici au texte source pour éviter toute erreur d'interprétation, ce qui ne vous empêche pas d'en parler à votre client.

Aggregate se traduit souvent dans le domaine de l'assurance par « cumul, maximum », etc.

Je crois que j'écrirais qchose comme :

« Le montant total de l'indemnisation du préjudice physique ou du préjudice moral s'entend par personne et par survenance et du montant maximum/cumulé par police en tout état de cause. »

On ne sait pas si IN ANY CASE s'applique uniquement au montant par police ou à l'ensemble des montants cités. J'aurais tendance à penser qu'il s'agit uniquement du montant par police (et je serais tenté par «...et, en tout état de cause, du montant maximum/cumulé par police. »), mais dans le doute , mieux vaut rester prudent (et là aussi, en parler au client ?)
