neutral  AllegroTrans: right idea but as an affidavit is a formal sworn document this needs to be in the translation

agree  Eliza Hall: Yes, it's affidavit of service. Those just have a spot on them where the process server signs under penalty of perjury; they're not sworn before an oath-taker or anything.
