you have to consider [at least] the whole of:
to introduce and / or incorporate as, or in, a business activity of its own (+ a list of common objects for all these verbs i.e. "the Contents and / or Services")
to make it clearer:
"It is expressly forbidden for the user
(1) to authorize third parties to use, in whole or in part, the Platform or (2) to introduce and / or incorporate as, or in, a business activity of its own, the Contents and / or Services for any purposes"
or to decompose it:
(2) -1- to introduce as a business activity of its own (2) -2- to introduce in, a business activity of its own and/or (2) -3- to incorporate as a business activity of its own (2) -4- to incorporate in, a business activity of its own
the Contents and / or Services for any purposes"
