There seems to be some confusion over what un ayant droit *économique* with the propriété effective seems to be.

So I am reposting to spell out what, in other Romance languages, is also the 'economic' connotation of ultimate ownership - and not entitlement as a beneficiary (usufruitier vs. nu propriétaire) - though even ENG Uni. Equity law lecturers I have known have got the two mixed up.

BTW, absolutely in a Will and trusts context approximates to a fee simple *absolute* in possession in ENG land.

  -> Exactly. It is you who are mixing them up, as every reference cited supports a translation of ayant droit NB *économique* for a B.O. The beneficiary, life tenant or liferenter is the usufruitier. So you are not doing the asker any favo(u)rs.
