Je suis tout à fait d'accord. Le contexte manque un peu, mais pour moi, ça sonne comme l'éloge d'un CEO, quelque chose du genre. Une personne inspirée et inspirante, on dirait...

Je ne crois pas qu'il s'agisse ici d'une personne parlant au nom de la société. Je peux me tromper et il faudrait plus de contexte, mais je crois qu'ici nous avons la description de quelqu'un qui est tout à fait adapté dans son rôle au sein de l'entreprise car il pense comme elle. Par exemple, cela pourrait caractériser un bon manager.
