Identifiant officiel Explanation: The Medium neutral citation (MNC) uniquely identifies a judgement. To quote the "fedcourt.gov..." link : "It was instituted in part as an aid in electronic searching and retrieval of judgments." In France, there are various official identifiers for a given judgement. The closest equivalent to the MNC is the "identifiant ECLI", which is an official identifier or, in French, "identifiant officiel". See the "reflex.sne..." link for more on French identifiers. https://www.fedcourt.gov.au/digital-law-library/judgments/judgments-faq#:~:text=What%20is%20medium%20neutral%20citation,to%20a%20judgment%20 Reference: http://reflex.sne.fr/identifiants-uniques-nor-rg-ecli-eli-et... |

OzE: medium-neutral citation Code annoté de l'arret sans égard au support médiatique Explanation: Media-neutral and not a mid- or semi- so partially codified ref. to the law report of the case. In E&W where such a medium / media formulation would be hopelessly ambiguous, this would now simply called a neutral citation. Example sentence(s):
