English term or phrase: Contributor
I am translating the terms of use of a software, and the word "contributor" appears a few times in the document.

Example : "You acknowledge and agree that any of your ideas, submissions or discussions or any other User Content provided by you within the Services that is not the subject of intellectual property right protection may be used by any other contributor without compensation or attribution."

Is "participant" a good translation? I have found the term is several license agreements on the Internet, but it doesn't seem to be used with the same meaning.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Je choisis finalement "participant", car il semble mieux se prêter au contexte. Merci Cyril.
