The calculation of his/her share is taking into consideration the number of patent families that are used for the commercialization of the product (i.e. this includes third party in-licensed patent assets and the annual net sales will be divided by the number of said relevant patent families - note unless something else is agreed all relevant patent families have the same weight in the calculation) and the number of inventors for the relevant patent family (i.e. the resulting net sale per patent family will be divided by the number of inventors - note unless something else is agreed all inventor´s contributions have the same weight in the calculation).
