Ici, TO, FROM and THROUGH WHICH ne renvoient pas à « Affiliate of Seller » mais bien à « patents and patent applications ». On s’en aperçoit dès qu’on décortique la phrase pour vérifier si le groupage - plutôt rare en français - peut être maintenu : (b) all patents and patent applications / owned by Seller or any Affiliate of Seller / TO [which] any patent or patent application listed on Exhibit A claims priority / FROM [which] any patent… / THROUGH WHICH any patent… D’abord, il me semble qu’il aurait fallu utiliser To/From/Through whom s’il s’était agi du Vendeur ou de la société affiliée. Par ailleurs, la suppression de l’incise (owned by… of Seller) ne change rien au sens de la phrase, mais on ne peut en dire autant si l’on dissocie « any Affiliate of Seller » pour l’associer à « to which any patent… » (un brevet ne peut revendiquer priorité "à", "pour" ou "sur" une filiale).
