Electricity Supply Agreement (ESA)
This power contract, executed on Oct 28, 2004, provides for the supply of 50 MW of uninterruptible power at any point in time with the provision that over a 365 day year, the average power requirement will only be 45 MW. Uninterruptibility is principally defined in reference to the fast 50MW generated from the 100MW power station, but is also related on an "as available basis" to the ///standby power/// in the XXXXXXX grid.
