agree  Anna Quail: I think "chambre" is a bit big, but it is more than just an "appareil" too. It's a sort of metal box they put the hatchery crates into.

After looking into it a bit further, I think "appareil" is a bit vague, because it is a kind of metal box you put the hatchery crates into. You could say "cabine de pulvérisation" or maybe "armoire".
