English term or phrase: Likability traits
Genetically transmitted traits (in cattle) include (in addition to morphological and physiological traits) so-called 'likability' traits. The meaning is obvious - traits bearing on the animal's ability to elicit liking and also on its ability to adjust to its handler. What I need is an accepted wording in use in French-speaking breeding or animal husbandry circles.

Je serais plutôt tentée de croire que la maniabilité fait référence à la capacité d'être mené et de suivre les commandes, comme dans les épreuves d'attelage ou autres travaux.
Le sens de likability me semble plus large.
