"Wild, feral and domestic pigeons form part of the natural diet of peregrines, sparrowhawks and goshawks, although other raptor species in the UK rarely, if at all, kill pigeons. Raptors that feed on pigeons will not discriminate between wild / feral pigeons and those of fanciers, except insofar as the domestic birds may fall in the optimum size range as prey, and be easier to catch than their wild-living counterparts."
