Je ne sais quel terme serait le plus approprié, mais j'ai l'impression que le texte évoque plutôt l'état sanitaire du lieu de fabrication (très important dans le domaine laitier !).

Je n'ai jamais vu que "conditioned" pouvait signifier "contrôlé", mais n'étant pas anglophone, je me trompe peut-être
