Eggs should be of a uniform size - extreme large or small size eggs has low hatchability.

Il s'agit de la sélection des oeufs que l'on va mettre dans la couveuse. Je comprends qu'ils ont peu de chances d'éclore, mais je ne comprends pas bien pourquoi (la logique et le rapport taille/éclosion) et ne trouve pas le terme "hatchability" dans mes dicos.
