Pourrait-il sagir d'une erreur de frappe ? On peut penser plutôt qu'un manager ne doivent PAS être irréaliste/déraisonnable ... il manquerait alors le "NOT become..."

"constructively unreasonable" is a deliberate wordplay on two apparently contradictory idea - being out of touch with reality and being able to achieve positive results.

You've got to keep that apparent contradiction in your translation.

"... You must believe in yourself as an entrepreneur before anyone else will take you seriously. But what if it doesn't come naturally? Can you train yourself to believe in your ultimate success?

The answer is yes. The successful among us are often iconoclasts.
