Bonjour,

Je traduis une brochure adressée aux patients du NHS de Nottingham et me demande si je dois traduire cette expression et comment... L'expression apparaît par exemple dans une phrase comme :
"The Patient Experience Team will complete an action plan to make sure that all the improvements that have been identified by your complaint are made."
Elle est aussi dans un email, que je laisse donc en anglais. Devrais-je la laisser en anglais et ajouter la traduction entre parenthèses à la première occurrence ? Des idées de traduction...?

Je rejoins l’avis D’Herbert Abel sur le fait que l’expérience est plus utilisée au Canada. Mais en France cel s’utilise aussi quand on part du point de vue du patient. Ex :

Il existe des équipes dédiées à traiter la question elles dépendent d’éléments de direction et portent le nom de « qualité de la prise en charge » voir ci-dessous
