Explanation:
It's the opposite! It doesn't mean it is 'detachable', it means it hasn't been attached yet. Have you not seen these things? The label on its backing paper is supplied not stuck on the little 'pot', so it's easy to write on it on a flat surface, and then you can always wipe the pot before then applying the label.
So 'loose' means 'not yet stuck on' — it is supplied separately.

Intrigued by this 'fecal collection toilet accessory' — in my case, this was... a plastic ice-cream spoon! :-)
