It’s a casualty drill. What’s going to happen is that there will be a role player out there who shoots at them and then, basically the lieutenants will enter this building where they find us. They were briefed in their order that they are looking for two lost Marines. We’re the lost Marines. The Marine in there has a head trauma they’ve got to treat. I’ll have an open tib-fib fracture, with arterial bleeding, and a gun-shot wound through and through. Basically they have to come in here, they have a shoot/no-shoot scenario. They go in there, the prisoner is being interrogated, they have to decide whether to shoot that guy or to take him EPW (Enemy Prisoner of War). Then, they have to treat us and get us med-evac (medical evacuation) out of here in time.

disagree  Tony M: 'pertes' only works for casualty when it is a euphemism for 'deaths', which is specifically not the case here.
