Not sure.

For one thing, when talking about the 'ends' of pumps, alternators, etc. I'm more used to seeing 'côté' than 'extrémité'.

'libre' might be OK, but it's soemthing I'd definitely want to check if you haven't already done so; I have come across other expressions for the 'driven end', but can't now remember what the opposite end was called!
Also not sure about 'palier' — it depends just what type of bearing it is, but do bear in mind it could be 'roulement'.
And finally, as I said before, neither 'side bearing' nor 'palier latéral' means very much to me; I'd certainly want to check the parsing here by doing further research, but I suspect it needs to be read as 'NDE side' bearing — which brings us back to the possibility of 'côté' for the 'end', and the potential redundancy in the source text on this point.

And of course, CEP probably becomes PEC in FR, doesn't it? Note that one of my customers who makes these things calls them by a different name: 'pompe de relevage de condensats' — so you may need to check which is the commonest term in the industry.

CEP = Condensate Extraction Pump
DE = Driven End
NDE = Non-Driven End (i.e. the opposite end!)
BRG = Bearing
TEMP. = Temperature

Not so sure baout 'side' — it seems to be opppsing 'radial', which might tend to imply it ought to be 'axial' or 'thrust'; but I don't quite see how you get from there to 'side' (more like 'end'!) — unless there is any possible doubt about the quality of the EN here?

It is just possible that someone has unnecessarily added 'side' (by mistake for 'end') because they had overlooked the fact that the 'E' (= 'end') is already included! Stranger things have happened at sea! That would then make more sense with the other list items, where we might then understand 'radial vibration' (IOW 'runout' vibration) — longitudinal or axial vibration would of course normally be much less of an issue.
