Il me semble que le terme "propriétaire de client" est plutôt d'ordre informatique.

Or le client me dit qu'il ne s'agit pas de cela ici, mais du responsabe grands comptes chargé d'un client/secteur particulier. Le terme implique la responsabilité au niveau du suivi clients et du chiffre d'affaires ainsi que de la responsabilité stratégique, par ex.

C'est une activité spécifique, je ne vois pas comment customer peut être traduit par grand compte, alors que customer owner est un terme générique qui englobe de nombreuses fonctions
