here is about the legal aspect of it - this "Equipment" is certainly attached in the sense that it's functionally part of the property - the only difference that matters here is whether this equipment can be physically moved away or not.
It this Equipment is "permanently attached" THAT is the "manner of attachment" i.e. as opposed to "removable/movable"; the technical details of this "permanent attachment" are irrelevant here.
It the Equipment is say a heating system, the "manner of attachment" as defined in this ST is either movable or fixed NOT how it's fixed. (screws, superglue, anchored, whatever is NOT "manner of attachment" for this ST).
