Le bracketing, en français fourchette d'exposition est une technique photographique couramment utilisée par les photographes, qui consiste à faire rapidement plusieurs prises de vue d'un même sujet, en modifiant les paramètres d'exposition, afin de choisir l'exposition optimale. En fait, le bracketing consiste à prendre une photo avec les paramètres d'exposition calculés, et une ou plusieurs autres photos à peu près identiques, mais volontairement plus ou moins surexposées. Après coup, le choix s'effectue entre les différentes prises de vue.
