Toujours concernant le programme de sécurité que je traduis actuellement, je rencontre un problème avec la notion de check-in (et check-out).

Contexte :

Checking In and Checking Out with Associates

The check-in process is a method for helping individuals learn to follow how to respect one another.
It’s important to be fully present and with an open mind. The check-out process is very similar to the check-in, it’s just done at the end.

J'ai pensé à mise au point ou vérification mais ça ne colle pas avec la description qui en est faite...

Il suffit d'expliquer qu'il s'agit d'une procédure et non pas d'un simple mot, MacDo fait ça par exemple pour ses employés.

Le bonjour est une prise de contact, qui peut être codifiée par le fameux SBAM ("meet and greet" pourrait être l'équivalent du "check-in" ici) pour "entrer dans l'équipe", et on peut étendre la notion à la sortie de l'équipe:
