J'ai un peu du mal avec cette tournure, et j'ai jusqu'ici choisi de traduire la phrase de cette manière, qui ne me satisfait qu'à moitié - est ce que j'extrapole trop?

Les idéologies patriarcales sont le résultat d’un favoritisme développé au niveau social qui privilégie le pouvoir masculin dans toutes les formes de rapports sociaux.

Explanation:
Une chose est sûre ici: "socially constructed" renvoie à la notion sociologique de construction sociale !
On donc le choix entre la forme adjectivale "socialement construit" et le groupe nominal "construction sociale", deux formes tout aussi répandues l'une que l'autre dans la littérature sociologique.
Je propose donc une autre façon de traduire mais la solution de FX Fraipont me paraît très bien aussi.
