I'm very sympathetic to people that can't have children, that want to have children and I really appreciate the fact that when people are faced with dealing with infertility, that that's a loss.
But, on the other hand, we have to look at: what cost and at what extreme? Or what limits might be in place to allow people to fulfill those inborn desires that they have.




Doesn't make much sense here. Is that a typo? Chunk missing?
