Le "crochet commutateur" c'est une vieillerie des glossaires Cisco, la plupart des gens comprennent "raccrocher" un téléphone, mais essayez de leur demander où est le crochet?

C'est une des fonctions programmables pour la touche "R" en voix sur IP, par défaut c'est 100 ms de coupure de la ligne, d'où le nom (le raccrochage interrompait la boucle du temps du cuivre sous 48V)

This document actually uses 'délai Hook Flash' — I guess 'Hook Flash' (i.e. a quick press on the receiver hang-up switch) is standard jargon in the industry and is not usually translated, like so many specialist terms in this field. Certainly, the G/S document doesn't translate many of them — but then again, fails to translate even some that normally ought to be!
