The vast majority of refs. I've found on the 'Net retain the EN word, but in the FR word order.

There are by comparison a tiny handful of 'balise RFID', which is in any case technically a bit questionable.

Although I am not a great believer in Google hit statistics, it has to be noted that 'tag' gets almost 10 × as many Ghits as its next nearest rival, and the others are very much trailing as "also-rans".
