Aha! is this some form of Internet booking service? (i.e. not just for a single hotel?) In that case, the use of 'hotel' meaning 'the booking has been confirmed back by the hotel' would make more sense.

By 'revealed', I think they mention 'published' — I believe what they are trying to say is that even if the hotel subsequently announces a special offer (e.g. discounted room rate), once your booking has been confirmed, you cannot (or maybe CAN?) take advantage of it.

It all depends on the context as to what is logical: is this a text selling to end users, in which case they might be eager to put a positive spin on this unusual but attractive feature; or is it in the T&C, in which case, they might be seeking to close some possible loophole?

I'm afraid your source text is gibberish!

I suspect what they MEANT to say was "special requests or subsequent offers from the hotel can be requested or revealed after ..."

However, the trouble is that somewhat goes against usual business logic, which would tend to FORBID any changes, or the application of special rates announced later, once a booking has been confirmed.

So I'm afraid the only thing you can really do is ask your customer what it was intended to mean in the original source language.
