11.4 Communication for extra costs
All additional costs not part of standard freight costs as mentioned in the freight table have to be agreed
with XXX transport -planner by using a Carrier Incident Form within 48 hours after the delivery has taken place.
The transport -planner has to reply within 48 hours after getting the CIF. These additional costs can be
only invoiced to Principal only after transport-planner has agreed by sending a formal acceptance (closed
NCF) by fax or e-mail to the haulier. Only if valid Carrier Incident Form is accepted by the site logistic
department within 48 hours after delivery. Beyond this timeframe, reclamation is not accepted.
