Désolé, mais "breaking ground" n'est PAS la "pose de la première pierre". C'est le début des opérations de terrassement pour les fondations, et si cérémonie il y a, elle implique l'utilisation d'une pelle, pas d'une truelle.

et ground breaking ici, c'est le début du terrassement pour une plate-forme logistique. Il n'y aura pas beaucoup de pierres à poser, propres ou figurées.
