La première référence ci-dessous de Guadeloupe confirme Malacanthus plumieri pour Sand Tilefish et le nom vernaculaire vive, d'autres source donnent "vive tropicale pour le même nom d'espèce, peut-être un tropisme continental: on précise "tropicale" quand on habite en France métropolitaine?
